The machine has beautiful appearance, convenient operation and reliable performance.This machine adopts ac servo control motor and ac digital servo control system as the drive, the arc synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel deceleration system precision ball screw driven by gear after loading, complete sample a variety of mechanical properties test.

Small electronic single column pulling force tensile test machine is free of pollution, low noise, high efficiency, and has a wide range of speed adjustment.
1. Adopt high precision, all-digital speed control system and precision speed reducer, drive the precision screw side to carry out the test, realize the large range adjustment of the test speed, and the test process is low in noise and smooth running.
2. Universal joint cross bolt structure, and has the function of swing Angle limit, on the one hand is advantageous for the specimen clamping, guarantee the test concentricity, on the other hand good to eliminate the influence of irregular sample of sensor.
3. Touch key operation mode, LCD display in real time.Display interface can display test method selection interface, test parameter selection interface, test operation and result display interface and curve display interface, convenient and quick.
4. The beam can be adjusted in a fast and slow way when the sample is clamped. It has the protection devices such as overcurrent, overpressure and overload.
5. Select the microcomputer interface, and the external microcomputer can realize the control of the test process and the storage and printing of the data.
