WSPS-2450-200 Solid-state Microwave generator is exclusively designed for ISM applications. The module is designed with all solid-state microwave power devices. The maximum output power of the module is 200W and the power is adjustable. The module is designed with PLL phase-lock loop, ensuring high frequency stability. With built-in circulator and load, the module can be adapted to various load with different SWR. The module is also designed with comprehensive protection function, so that the users can observe and control the module during the operation.
