This UV Varnish Coater Machine XDC520E is designed for digital printings, short-run color printings, PVC card, paper pre-printing coating for HP Indigo, water-base and solvent inkjet printings etc and specially for graphic album finishing.
The coating will make the printings more bright and endurable, and can be water-proof, heat-proof and anti-sunshine.
It can do UV coating, Water-base coating, pre-printing coating.
Low maintenance, easy set handles, preheat IR lamps before UV.
Vacuum hold down to ensure of safety paper delivery.
Easy adjustment, convenient operation.
Automatic coating supply, and recycle with hose.
Auto stop for over heat, good temperature control, air cooling system.
E-stop safety and gurad cover with limit switch device.
Jogging and reverse running is available.
One UV lamp, three IR lamp. IR lamp power is adjustable steplessly.
