Shielding effectiveness: The shielding of nickel-coated graphite powder is obviously better than carbon black, and slightly inferior to pure silver. Published data show that in the case of a very fast frequency range, the shielding performance of nickel-coated graphite powder is equivalent to that of silver-plated materials.

Corrosion: The protective shell of many conductive gaskets is made of aluminum. Silver and silver-plated materials can generate electrical coupling and accelerate the corrosion rate of outdoor products. On the contrary, nickel and aluminum housings have good compatibility and electrical corrosion resistance. Good stability in harsh environments.

High cost performance: The price of nickel-coated graphite powder is only 1/4 to 1/5 of that of silver-plated materials, which is cheaper than pure silver.
