Copper conductor compact insulated busway
The load area of the conductor is large, similar to the load area of the traditional air type. The conductor is made of T2 high-quality copper, so the system resistance is low, the temperature rise is low, and the electrical loss is small.
Aluminum conductor densely insulated bus duct
The conductor is made of high-quality electrical aluminum conductor, and the cost is lower than that of the copper bus bar, and the weight of the bus duct is lighter, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
Economical copper-aluminum mixed conductor intensive insulated bus bar
The phase line uses copper bars, and the neutral and grounding lines use aluminum bars. While meeting the performance requirements, it has effectively reduced costs.

Air type insulation Busbar
Air type busbar is suitable for AC three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire power supply and distribution system, with frequency 50-60Hz, rated voltage 660V and rated working current 250-6000A. The conductive bar is supported in the housing with an insulating pad and insulated by air. The distance between phases is 50mm. It is suitable for buildings, factories, subways and other conventional power lighting places.
The air-type busway shell adopts high-quality high-strength cold-rolled steel to be cold-rolled into a corrugated structure at one time, which not only has a beautiful appearance, but also greatly enhances the mechanical strength of the busway and the dynamic and thermal stability of the system. It can completely solve the problem of large-span installation at the construction site.
The air-type busway socket is designed with a safety protective baffle. Only when the protective baffle is pulled out, the plug-in box can be accessed, effectively preventing the entry of dust and foreign matter at the socket to improve the protection of the busway and prevent misoperation, which has greatly improved the safety of the bus.
The enclosure protection grade is IP66. According to system requirements, plug-in ports can be set at any position on the busway, which is fast to install, convenient to tap, and safe to use.
