Q: Can you make a motor customized?
Yes, we can and we welcome that.
Q: What is teh deliverly time of sample and the cargo?
For samples, generally it needs 3-5 working days with regular specification, and 15-20 working days for the cargo; If not, then it needs about 7-10 working days for samples with special specification, 25 working days for the cargo.
Q:What is your MOQ?
Generally, if it is for dc gear motor, then the MOQ is 1k; while 5k for the dc motor. But our company have policy to support first trial order with small quantity.
Q:Do you have motors in stocks?
NO, all the motor is made according to the customers' requirements, so it is difficult for us to make in stocks.
Q: What is the payment terms?
For small amount like samples, we would like the paypal; and TT for the big order. We also accept 50% deposit, balance paid before the shipping .
Q:What is the shipping method?
For samples and small orders, we recommend the Express, like DHL, FEdEX and TNT. It is very fast, safe and relatively cheap; We go with FOB/CIF/CFR terms if shippment by sea and air.

We need to know the basic specification of the motor:Dimesnion, Application, Voltage, Speed and Torque. If you have samples, it would be better you send us your samples. We can test and find them out.
