Sun Global Glass 10mm incoloro vidrio templado is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to over 620°C. Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile. We could produce different kinds of customized tempered glass in shape square, round, rectangular, etc.

SPECIFICATIONS:

-Flat tempered glass size: 3000*8000mm (Max), custom cut size

-Curved tempered glass Max length of arc 2440mm, Max height 5500mm, Minimum radius 500mm

-Process: polishing, drilling, cutting, bending, sandblasting, etching, silkscreen printing, etc.

FEATURE:

1. Strictly meet with building codes and safety requirements.

2. Strong enough to withstand high levels of thermal stress.

3. 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
4. Breaks up into small cubical fragments,not threatening to humans.
