Saimo Electric model ICS-FH-4 four-roller belt scale High Accuracy Weighing

Saimo belt scales are specially designed for weighing material which is continuously passing through the conveyor. Automatic operation is achieved without intervention of the operator.

Saimo model ICS-FH belt scale being of floating design is ideal and proven for these high accuracy applications. The offered belt scales support 2/4/6 idlers with 2/4/6 load cells sized for the applications from the 500mm wide to 2000mm wide conveyors with 0deg and 35deg wing angle trough precision weigh idlers and various belt speeds. ICS-FH-4 Belt Scale systems are able to provide accuracies of up to +/- 0.25--+/-0.5% of test load at flow rates between 25 to 110% of scale capacity at 0degand 35 degree trough angle of conveyor.

The belt scale systems come with a speed sensor to be mounted onto the speed pulley on the return belt and the 6001F Integrator mounted in Field Mount enclosures with totalizer and rate output features, also the weigh frames come with insitu test weights for up to 60% load simulation mounted on the weigh frame for calibration purposes. Included is an installation pack with J/Box, shims (packers), cable and fasteners for installation of the belt scale and speed sensor to the conveyor.
