This set of production line is based on soap granules or blocks as raw materials, through raw materials mixing, grinding, vacuum strip, electronic cutting, can produce different content of middle and high grade soap. The production line adopts double-layer vacuum stripping machine, which can make the soap structure compact and not easy to dry and crack.

Description

This biaxial mixer has Z-agitators, the twist angle is changed to 55°to increase the mixing length，obtaining better agitation. The two agitators have different speeds: fast agitator 36 r/min, slow agitator 22 r/min. The soap pellets will be turn to powder in 3 minutes.

Features

① All parts in contact with soap are in stainless steel 304,321, or 316;

② The two agitators rotate in opposite directions. The center distance is 355 mm，the gyration diameter of both agitator is 350mm

③ The open/close of discharge door is realized by two pneumatic cylinders, supplied by SMC, Japan;

④ For type S two gear reducers are from China

⑤ Bearings in this machine are made in China;

The consumption of compressed air is 0.5 m3/h，pressure 0.2-0.4 MPa

Fasteners:

All mechanical fasteners, incl. bolts are metric having property class over 8.8, together with anti-loose parts. Stainless steel fasteners will have property class over A270
