(1) varieties: single side, double side two 

(2) luminosity: 6K, ordinary 8K, fine grinding 8K, 10K

(8) Quality inspection: check the luminosity, the number of eyes, whether there is peeling line, dark bone, scratching, whether the product is deformed, whether the grinding head flower is within the control range, otherwise the product quality is not up to standard.  Paste protective film packing: this process is mainly for the standard finished products, requirements: protective film paste to smooth, can not leak edge, cut neatly, and then can be packed!  

(9) double-sided 8K plate: the process is roughly the same, the difference is that when grinding the first front, first use the same size plate bottom, prevent the reverse scratching, grinding the front side of the protective film, and then the back plate grinding (the process is the same as above) grinding the protective film, and then replace the front layer has been dirty protective film, that is, the finished product.  Because double-sided 8K relative to single-sided: more time-consuming, high cost, so the current market double-sided 8K board is about 3 times the single-sided 8K cost.
