Production steps:

In order to send the bags to you, we first will confirm designs with you then make cylinders, after that, we will do printing,laminating,solidfying and bag cutting. After that, production is finished, we will check the quality, if its ok, then put them into warehouse then waiting for your arrangments.

Packing&Shipping

After production, will will put the bags into a paper carton, in which there is a PE or PP inner bag, then seal the box, and wrap the carton with wrapping Film, then put mark labels as you require. That is the common way for packing, we also accept custom packing. Like custom carton size, with 1000 pcs for each carton, like each 100 pcs bags into a small opp bag, like 10 cartons with a  pallet, such like this.

For shipping, normally for small quantity like less than 100kg, we suggest by courier like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. Unit price is high for this way, but fast, normally 3-5 days. While for cargos that from 100-500kg, air shipping is a good way. If above 500kg, then we will suggest sea shipping. But we will always come up with the best solution for you, like part by courier, part by sea, etc.

1, What is your MOQ? 

For ready made products, the MOQ is 1000 pcs, and for customized goods, it depends on the size and printing of your design,generally from 5,000 pcs to 50,000 pcs.

2, Do you make oem work?

Yes, that's the main work we do. We can custom bag type, size, material, thickness and printing. You can give us your design directly, or you can provide the basic information to us, we can make free design for you.

3, What is the delivery time?

That will depend on your design and quantity. If for ready to ship stock bags, MOQ is 1000 pcs, while for custom bags, normally from 15-25 days based on the bag type, material and quantity you need.

4, How can i get a exact quote?

First pls tell me the usage of the bag so that i can suggest you the most suitable material and type, eg, for nuts, the best material is BOPP/VMPET/CPP, you can also use craft paper bag, most type is stand up bag, with window or without window as you require. If you can tell me the material and type you want, that will be best.

Second, the size and thickness is very important, this will influnce the moq and cost.

Third, the printing and color. You can have at most 9 colors on one bag, just the more color you have, the higher the cost will be. If you have the exact printing method, that will be great; if not, pls provide the basic information you want to print and tell us the style you want, we will do free design for you.
