It is mainly used for the treatment of insulating oil such as aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, and cable oil in power transmission and transformation equipment, power departments and mining enterprises. It can quickly and effectively remove moisture, gas,impurities, etc. from the oil, and restore the dielectric properties of the insulating oil.

1. High-efficiency new electric heating system, low heating load, uniform heating and low energy consumption.
2. Multi-stage precision filtration system, impurity removal technology combining molecular adsorption filtration and mesh filter element.
3. This equipment is of high-efficiency type, with a three-dimensional multi-stage vacuum analysis system, and the efficiency is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary vacuum oil filter. It can efficiently remove the moisture, gas and mechanical impurities in the insulating oil, improve the oil's compressive strength and oil quality, and ensure the safe operation of power equipment. It also has a vacuum oil injection function.

Adopt automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic constant temperature control system, automatic defoaming control system, automatic pressure protection system, automatic chain protection system and high-efficiency degassing and water removal system to ensure safe and high-performance operation of the equipment.

6. With automatic detection of pressure resistance, oil pressure resistance and printing test results (ZYA series).
