Battery Explosion-proof Test Machine is mainly used for overcharge and discharge of the battery. In the charge and discharge test, the battery is placed in the explosion-proof box, and the external charge and discharge tester is used to protect the operator and the instrument. The test box of the machine can be tested according to the test requirements.

SPECIFICATIONS
Each test box	500500500mm (can also be customized according to customer requirements)
Outer box material	1.2mm thick A3 steel plate and treated by baking paint
Inner box material	SUS#201 stainless steel, thickness 1.0mm;
Structure	Single door, double door, the inner box door is made of stainless steel, and the silicone is tight, and the door has an observation window;
Observation window	250x250mm transparent observation window on the front of each test box, easy to observe the state of the test product in the test box;
Teflon tape	Added inside the test box, which is effectively insulated and effectively flame retardant, easy to clean
Test hole	50mm diameter test hole is opened on the right side of each layer of the box to facilitate the test connection
Separate test panel	Control the lighting and exhaust of each test room. When there is fireworks, the exhaust fan in the box automatically turns on the exhaust.
