Industrial JIS/ASTM standard coatings taber abrasion test equipment

This machine is suitable for testing plastics, paper, coatings, textiles, leather and flooring. The test method meets the standards of ASTM, ISO, NEMA, TAPPI, DIN, SAE and JIS.

The upper part of the instrument is a sample holder and a pair of wear wheels. A weighted weight is attached to the abrasion wheel, and the sample holder is rotated by the motor to drive the abrasion wheel to cause the abrasion wheel to friction with the sample. After a certain number of frictions, stop the operation of the instrument, remove the sample, and observe the degree of wear of the sample to evaluate its wear resistance.
