YTK one head pneumatic liquid filling machine has the characteristics of magnetic switch, stainless steel body, automatic control, wide application range, accurate and quantitative safety and reliability.

This filling machine adopts the corrosion-resistant micro self-priming pump of special materials, adn uses the microcmputer to control the working time and intermittent time of the pump, quantitative automatic filling, and equipment for automatically setting the filling time.

Product Features:

This series of filling machine has reasonable structure, compact size, reliable performance, auucrate quantitative and convenient operation. The power part adoptes pneumatic structure, and all adopt pneumatic components such as German FESTO and Taiwan AirTAC and SHAKO. The material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel and meet the requirements of GMP certification. According to the user's needs, the irrigation volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of the model, and the filling accuracy is high. The filling head is made of anti-drip and lifting filling device.
