Classification of FRP jacking pipe 1.1 Basic classification method The classification of the products is performed according to the nominal diameter, pressure class,hoop stiffness and axial pushing force,etc. 1.2 Classification based on the nominal diameter ( DN ) Nominal diameter: DN 400mm, DN 450mm, DN 500mm, DN 600mm, DN 700mm, DN 800 mm, DN 900mm, DN 1000mm, DN 1200mm, DN 1400mm, DN 1600mm, DN 1800mm, DN2000 mm, DN2200 mm, DN2400 mm, DN 2600mm, DN 2800mm, DN 3000mm, DN 3200mm, DN 3400mm, DN 3600mm.

1.3 Classification based on the pressure class (PN) Pressure class: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa.

1.4 Classification based on the hoop stiffness class (SN) Hoop stiffness class: 5000 N/m2, 7500N/m2, 10000N/m2, 12500N/m2, 15000N/m2.

1.5 Classification based on the axial pushing force class( FD ) Axial pushing force class: 30t, 50t, 80t, 100t, 120t, 150t, 2000t. Note: For the special requirement is agreed by the purchaser and the seller.
