Working Principle:

1) The garage is a cylinder layout, the structure is divided into inner and outer cylinder. The inner cylinder is for the hoistway, integrated lifting platform, rotary system, leveling system and carrier. The outer cylinder is for car berths radically arranged. Each floor can be set 6, 8,10 or12 nos. of parking spaces and can be built up to 5-15 floors. The system can be arranged all above ground, all underground or half above ground & half underground. The entrance and exit room can be set flexible in the ground floor or other floors for one or more; can be combined use with elevator. When parking a car, the carrier will carry the car from the entrance room to lifting platform, the lifting and rotation process are synchronization completed in hoisway and arrive to the designed car berth.

2)When storing a car, just need to drive the vehicle to the car storage platform of entrance. Then swipe the card, the intelligent handling trolley will automatically move the vehicle to the designated position. When picking a car, choose to swipe card or mobile phone APP operation, the intelligent handling trolley will automatically move the vehicle to exit parking space, and the driver will take the car out without reversing.

3) This vertical lifting parking system is a totally closed intelligent parking garage, stable handling platform, advanced comb-tooth exchange method, high-efficiency action of lifting, traversing and rotation, the whole process is simple to operate, the operation efficiency is high, and the maximum access car time is only 90 seconds. Compared with traditional semi-automatic garages, it can realize mobile phone APP reservation access, license plate recognition, empty parking space indication,

vehicle in-position display, automatic centering, and parking space timing charging.

2) Can do all steel structure (we provide), or mixed steel & concrete structure. (we provide steel structure part, the concrete structure part will be built by customer themselves at local.)

3) Can do structure all above ground, half above & half underground, or all underground. (depends on customer request). 

4) We can do some floors for SUVs or 100% SUVs spaces (according to customer's request).
