Products Description

This series is designed for high pressure range. All exposed components are made of zinc plated steel. It support non drip connection and disconnection. Optional locking sleeve provides security against involuntary disconnection. The range is primarily recommended for bolt tensioners, nut runners, bearing pullers, etc.

Features and Materials

1.The material of coupling and nipple is Hardened, zinc chromate plated steel, the seal material is NBR

2.Extremely small outside dimensions and patented seal design

3. Non-Drip connection and disconnection are standard, as are plastic dust caps that extend the service life of the entire hydraulic system.

4.The safety lock comes as standard and it adds an extra layer of safety by eliminating any risks of accidental disconnections.

5. 4:1 for dynamic pressures.

7.Positive valve stop, the perch maintains valve alignment and provides metal to meet valve stop to ensure that the valves open fully, every time

8.Durable ball-locking mechanism assures reliable connection every time. A large number of locking balls distributes and work load evenly while providing alignment and swiveling action to reduce hose torque and prolong hose life.

9.CAUTION: These products are not to be used as swivels; rotation under pressure will result in excessive and premature wear.
