♦ Raw materials should be sawdust, suitable for drying the moisture 20-50% final moisture 8-12% .
♦ Diameter of raw materials: 3-5mm. 
♦ Temperature of Hot Air: 180-250 °. 
♦ Working principle: The stoves (boilers) generate hot air, then through the fan to dry the materials.
♦ This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
♦ The wood dryer for charcoal briquette machine is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

 1.Make wood briquettes production line ;

1. Crush the raw material to the sawdust if the raw material size is big;

2. Dry the crushed material to the suitable mositure content if the raw mateiral moisutre content is over 8-12%;
3. Drop the circular stove out of the furnace, and lay it at certain region for inputting briquettes;
3. Open the cover of circular stove (inner pot) , and tilt it for inputting crushed material;
4. When finish the inputting of crushed material , cover the circular stove, and put it into the carbonization furnace, then lay
some fine sand along the circular stove for insulation;
5. Open the three outlet flue, and cover the furnace, along the roof of which lay some fine.

*Wood briquettes machine : we have differnt size briquettes from 50-80mm, please tell me what is you raw materia and you capacity and you applicationn then I can choose the best size for you .

*Air flow type carbonization stove :we have different types carbonization stoves , please tell me what is you capacity and you raw material.

 2.Make wood pellets production line 

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;
3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of wood pellet mill by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the caharcoal from the dried material without any additive by the wood pellet mill .

Flat die pellet mill----for animals food.

Ring die pellet mill ----for burning for warm.
