♦ The wood sawdust flash dryer machine is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

Working principle of wood sawdust flash dryer machine

Wood sawdust flash dryer machine, adopting double drum, double pipe connection, it can dry the saw dust, rice husk, peanut shell and straw all at once. Dryer uses the homemade combustible gas as heating source, drum part and coiled pipe as the drying part. Drum part has two layers: inner drum and outer insulation. Inner drum has three head inner helix slice which can move the drying aggregate in constant speed, we call it stir-frying heating. Coiled pipe secondarily uses the heating source, using draught fan negative pressure to pump the drying aggregate to screw device, then separating and drying.
