Working principle  of drum type dryer 

1.The system feeds the wet material into the hopper through a screw feeder.
Then the large amount of hot air produced by the fuel furnace is mixed with the wet powder in the rotary drum, and the fan power is used to pass through the drying chamber.

2.When the material is running along the rotating drum, it is kept in suspension state with fast flowing hot air and moisture. It is dried at the discharge end, and the moisture is continuously discharged and the material is dried.

1.In a hot air stream, 95 to 98 percent of the water can be immediately evaporated;
2.Fast drying speed: the surface area of material liquid increases greatly after atomization;

Working process of drum type dryer 

1.The sawdust is put into the rotary drum dryer with conveying system, and the field treatment is carried out through the flat plate device evenly distributed in the lifting drum.

2.The sawdust is evenly distributed in the drum of rotary drum dryer, which is in full contact with hot air to accelerate the drying heat and mass transfer.

3.In the drying process, under the action of plate material and heat treatment in the rotary drum dryer, the material drying is uniform and effective.
