Product Application of Wood Briquette Production Line
The Wood Briquette Production Line is widely used for pressing briquettes with agricultural and industrial wastes, such as sawdust, rice husks, sugar cane trash, coffee husks, coir pith, sugarcane bagasse, jute sticks, silk cotton pods, groundnut shells, mustard stalks, cotton stalks and corn stalks etc. The charcoal briquettes are featured with long burning time, great firepower, smokeless and odorless, suitable for BBQ, family and industrial use.

Production line process of Wood Briquette Production Line
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%;
3. if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;
5. Carbonized the briquette and become charcoal briquette.
If your production capacity demand is bigger, we can design a joint line according your requirements.
