Working processing
The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal
1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm);
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%;
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine;
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive;
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.

Raw material
Raw Materials: Sawdust, Crops Straw(corn stalk, beanstalk, broomcorn stalk, cotton stalk, rape stalk,palm kernel shell, groundnut stem, sunflower stalk), Husk, Grass, Bush branches, Bamboo butt, Bamboo scraps, Bagasse and so on.

Dryer
The Peanut Shells Rice Husk Wood Sawdust Dryer Machine , also called pipe dryer or flash dryer for sawdust , is professionally designed for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, wood chips, wood shaving, wheat straw, and corn stalks, paddy straw , etc.
Moisture in the raw materials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for wood pellets production.

wood briquettes machine
Sawdust compactor is used to make sawdust into semi-carbon bar.It has an automatic control heating system.The by-products of this machine can be used to heat boilers, fireplaces, etc., for indoor heating.Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, wood raw materials are made into micro-fiber lignin plastics by screw extrusion, high temperature and high pressure to form fuel rods.
carbonization stove
The carbonization stove is a new designed machine for chargin the wood briquette, bamboo, wood log, coconut shell and so on into charcoal. It is selling well for its easy operating, high capacity, good quality. Once carbonization need 8 hours, smokeless and the raw materials can be wood log or other flammable goods.
Outer stove
Heating room for heating the stove and furnace body heat-keeping layer made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the temperature of inner space.
Inner stove
Consist of the stove tank body and the sealed top cap.Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel,and the three carbonization baskets can be stack together, easy for loading and transporting ,and it will save a lot of space and transport charge.
Purification tank
This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhaust heated cycle pipe. And smoking purification tank are used for purify the smoking (can not burning)and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification tank will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
Hoisting equipment
It includes the steel hoisting frame and the E-hoist. And it is easy for loading and unloading the stove, and can reduce labor intensity.
How to operate the carbonization stove:
1: put the raw material into the inner stove neatly;
2: use the hoist to hang the inner stove into the outer stove;
3: use the hoist to hang the caps to seal the inner stove with outer stove;
4: fire the outer stove and then to make the charcoal.
