4. The bottom of the wooden case has firm iron jack, convenient to handling and transport.

Warranty: 12 months

If the parts are damaged during the warranty period, we will replace the new parts for you free of charge.

Service of training: The English manual and operating video will be sent to customers with the machine together, it will help customer how to operate the machine, it there is any question about the operation, we will have the professional technician to help them how to operate by online, until the customer can use it freely.

3. Does U-MAY have maintenance manual and operation manual?
Each cnc machine leaving the factory will be along with related series or model the English instructions including maintenance manual and operation manual. Attached documentations may also include cnc controller instruction, parts instruction you bought(like rotary, oil cooler)
4. What’s the package?
We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
