Woven Polypropylene Matte Film-laminated Bags
Similar in construction to our standard three-layer bag, in stead of a clear film, this bag uses a matte film for a more subdued look. The performance characteristics of this bag is the same as for our three-payer bag, it is just the look that is different. Popular with some retail stores, it can be sued for all the same products as the standard three-layer bag.

Woven Polypropylene Fine Paper and Film-laminated Bags
This a five layer bag is coated on the inside with paper and on the outside with film. This bag provides an excellent moisture barrier and is used with products such as pet food, fertilizer, seeds, and corn. For seeds, the bags keeps them from germinating until they are taken out of the bag and planted.

Woven Polypropylene Glossy Paper-laminated Bags
This bag allows for a very high-quality print job as our normal three-layer bag. However, the firmness of the paper gives the bag more stiffness and makes it suitable for high-speed filling lines such as used in the pet food and rice industries.

Woven Polypropylene With Ivory Film-laminated Bags
This bag is similar in make-up to a standard film-coated bag, but by using ivory-colored film, the graphics “pop” and provides a more elegant, classy look. We also use printer watermarks to prevent counterfeiting of this bag.

Woven Polypropylene Cement Bags
Our standard cement bags are woven polypropylene with an inner layer of paper. The bag is micro-perforated to allow for high-speed filling. This bag has huge advantages over paper in both tear and bursting strength, so the cement is better protected in both transport and storage.

Woven Polypropylene AD*STAR Bags
We have the ability to make the popular AD*STAR flat-bottom bags. This is a circularly -woven polypropylene bag with a bottom and top patch heat-sealed onto the bag. Usually used for powdered materials such as cement ad minerals, the normal configuration is as a valve bag where its strength offers huge advantages over paper bags of the same configuration. But the bag can also be left with an open top for other product types. This bag is a very cost-effective method of packaging, and the flat bottom makes storage easy while offering a good billboard for company information while the bag is sitting on store shelves. We are the only manufacturer in Thailand with the ability to produce AD*STAR bags.

Our process aims to fulfill our customers’ needs beyond that of product quality and price. Our commitment is to serve you with reliable and consistency quality, to make your procurement process as easy and glitch-free as possible.

We provide the whole-in-one services to make the process as easy as possible for our customers, from the initial bag concept to delivery and after-sales service.

1. Extrusion : We use only the      best polypropylene and polyethylene pellets to extrude our tape in      top-of-the-line extruders. This gives us the best-quality tape from which      to weave our cloth. We can make the tapes in a variety of widths and      weights.

2. Weaving : Our many      high-end looms produce the wide variety of polypropylene and polyethylene      cloth we need to make our bags.

3. Lamination : Using one of      our six lamination machines, we can coat the woven cloth for a simple bag,      or we can laminate it with up to six layers with PP film, PE film, MPET,      or paper.

4. Conversion : The laminated      cloth is converted into bags on one of our 10 converters or two AD*Star      machines. Basic flexo printing is done in this department as well.

5. Sewing : We have both      automatic sewing machines and a large number of highly skilled      seamstresses who can close bags, attach handles, or make shopping and tote      bags. They also serve as one more line of quality control.

6. Gravure Printing : Our high-end      printing is done on roto-gravure 8-color presses. This process rivals that      of any other type of printing used in the packaging industry. All our      cylinders are diamond-stylus engraved ensuring the absolute      highest-quality print job.

7. Logistics department : Our      logistics system is accepted by the international standards. We can      guarantee the safety and punctuality for all deliveries from the factory      to our customers.

8. Storage department : We      employ a systematic process for storage of all materials as well as      finished jobs. Each customer’s orders are stored separately to ensure      product integrity as well as easy shipping. If the bags are being stored      for a customer’s future use, we maintain environmental conditions to      ensure each bag is as new when delivered.
