1. Fully Automatic cup-making Machine adopts hydraulic pressure and air pressure technique. It has the below features: working firmly, low noise, intensively locking mold, high output capacity, etc. It is composed of a main forming machine, feeding part, rolling scrap part, and controller.
2. Thermoforming machine is a combination of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, and the whole system was controlled by micro PLC.it is operates with the main interface, which can work all by itself.it combines the material feeding, heating, drawing, forming, cutting, and transporting into one process.

It is used for forming PP, PS, HIPS, PVC, AND PET plastic sheets, which can be widely used to produce all kinds of plastic boxes, containers, and other plastic wares, such as ice-cream cups, milk cups, chocolate package boxes, candy boxes, and fast-food boxes, etc.

1. The mold installation working mold table adopts four-column guiding and positioning, which can play a role in stability.
2. The lifting distribution of the mold table is: ascending, forming, bottoming, shearing, descending, and demoulding.
3. The heating oven is divided into upper and lower furnaces, the upper furnace is divided into 14 horizontal rows and 10 vertical zones, and the lower furnace is divided into 10 vertical rows of 13 horizontal zones.
