Silicon and calcium cored wire is a composite material made of silicon and calcium alloy broken into a certain size and then rolled with cold rolled low carbon steel strip. It is mainly used for steel making and casting.
Features and usage：
* It is beneficial to adjust and control the content of easy oxygen elements and trace elements, greatly increase the alloy yield, reduce the cost of steelmaking, shorten the smelting time and precisely control the composition.
* It can clean molten steel and partly change the properties and forms of inclusions, improve the quality of molten steel and improve the casting state.
* The cored wire is divided into two types: inner drawing and outer drawing. The mechanical equipment required for wire feeding is simple and reliable.
