Specific application of asbestos

Asbestos fibers can be woven into yarn, thread, rope, cloth, packing, etc., as materials or linings for transmission, heat preservation, heat insulation, insulation and other components. For national defense, asbestos is bonded with phenolic, polypropylene and other plastics, which can be made into anti-ablative materials for rockets, aircraft wings, fuel tanks, rocket tail nozzle tubes and torpedo high-speed launchers, ships, automobiles, aircraft, tanks, and ships. Asbestos pollution

About 95% of the asbestos used in the world is chrysotile asbestos, and its fibers can be split into very fine fiber. For every ton of asbestos consumed in industry, about 10 grams of asbestos fiber is released into the environment. One kilogram of asbestos contains about 1 million fiber. The diameter of the metafiber is generally 0.5 microns, and the length is less than 5 microns. It can be suspended in the air and water for weeks and months, causing continuous pollution. Studies have shown that asbestos-related diseases are widespread in many industrial occupations. 1. Silk strength testing: It tested after draw benched out the pp fiber silk. It's the basic step to weaving out the high quality fabric.

2. Fabric strength testing: Normally it should test both the warp and weft strength of the fabric according to ISO21898-2005 Standard.

3. Lifting loops strength testing: In order to stand for the loading weight, the lifting loops should be at high strength. It should be tested before sewing on bags.

4. The loading weight and safety factor testing: After sewing out the sample before mass production, we will test the loading weight and safety factor of the big bag. The mass production can be processed after this testing passed.

This type bag normally build with a U-panel ventilated woven fabric and 2-side mosquito fabric. It will be much more ventilation by using mosquito-fabric. And by adding 2 bottom lifting loops, it Will be more convenient to lift up and discharge the products from top and can be reusable.

3. With 4-side Net fabric

This type of vented big bag constructed with 4 side mosquito fabric by which provide the best ventilation for using. For this bag, it normally without discharge spout but with 2 bottom lifting loops, which can be empty the bag from the top of bag.
