The general loading weight range of big bag for packing minerals is 1000-3000kgs, and some customers even require 4000kgs loading capacity. Therefore, the following specifications need to be considered when designing the bag: 

1.Use of body fabric: The weight of body fabric is no less than 180gsm, and it is recommended to be coated.

The thickness of the fabric after coating is increased, which can reduce the friction between the ore and the bag to a certain extent.

The cloth of the bag body is a tubular shape, so that the bag body will not be stitched together to avoid powder leakage in the bag body.

2.Sling or lifting straps sewing method: 

1.Fully bottom lifting straps,2 lifting with cross fully bottom loops

3 slings with fully bottom lifting loops，4 cross-corner fully bottom lifting loops.

As long as the loading capacity of this kind of bottom sling is on the sling, it is much stronger than the simple base fabric. 

3.Sewing method: The sewing method of the bag body and the bottom of the bag needs to be fixed once, and then double-foulded sewing twice.

The bottom design is better to be flat instead of a discharge spout, so the design safety factor will be higher.
