A:Normally, 30% deposit, and 70% balance payment can be paid with a copy of BL within 7 days, and an LC at sight is also ok.You can choose a payment term that is convenient for you.

A:For the high value product, our MOQ starts from 1g and generally starts from 1kgs. For other low price product, our MOQ starts from 10kg and 100kg.

A:We have thourough quality analysis since production line to warehouse. Before loading, our QC department will make inspection and original report directly to customer. Each batch of the product will be tested twice before delivery.

A:Samples could be by DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, Fedex, and so on. For mass orders, it will be delivered by sea, air or others according to you requirement.

A:Delivery date depends on lots of factors.
(1) Package material , including label design, carton design and bottle shape .
(2) Order Sequence. For small amount lest than 3000L or Kg, we may have to produce together other same orders. It will take more time to wait.
(3) Generally speaking, winter and spring are busy season , while summer is off season.
(4) Normally the delivery date is about 3 weeks after order and package details confirmed.
