The pressure is adjustable, and hydraulic power can provide a large expansion force. It can make the pipeline end round during alignment operations and perfectly match elliptical pipeline ends, effectively solving the problem of welding defects caused by misalignment in the past.

3. Rapid-response electromagnetic braking system.

    The braking system of the internal welder  utilizes electromagnetic brakes installed on the drive wheels, combined with external hydraulic brakes for double protection. It achieves instantaneous and rapid response from the braking command to execution, solving the issue of lag in pneumatic brakes in the past. This is particularly advantageous for construction work in mountainous areas with steep slopes, highlighting its safety features.
