Technological process:

raw materials - stone and foreign matters remover - Baking - Cooling - peeling - picking - coarse grinding - deployment – fine grinding - cooling - degassing - filling .

Equipment list:

Oven baker, cooling zone, peeling machine ,conveying picking belt , coarse grinder , ultrafine grinder , condensing machine , gas removing tank , filling machine .

Brief Introduction of each machine:

Oven baker: to bake peanuts.

Cooling zone: use the principle of pulled out of heat by the fan , cooling the baked peanut .

Peeling machine: peeling the peanuts after drying and baking, in the process peanut meat and skin automatically separated to ensure the quality of peanut after peeling .

Conveying picking belt: selection of the unqualified peanut and food debris .

Coarse grinder: grinding peanuts initially.

Ultrafine grinder: after coarse grinding peanuts for further grinding, to further improve the processing fineness.

Condensing machine: the cool grinded peanut butter .

Gas removing tank: degassing before filling the peanut butter .

Filling: The filling and packaging.
