Dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (139-07-1) is a colorless or light yellow viscous transparent liquid. It is miscible with water. Slightly bitter almond flavor. Good stability, heat resistance, light resistance, pressure resistance, no volatility. Melting point ~60 °C, boiling point 162.7 °C [at 101 325 Pa], density 1.03[at 20 °C].
