Qorvo QPA9822 linear 5G high gain high drive capability amplifier
Qorvo QPA9822 linear 5G high gain high drive capability amplifier is a wideband, high gain, high linear drive amplifier. The QPA9822 has 39dB gain (at 3.5GHz) and reaches 28dBm P1dB. The amplifier is designed to handle wide 5G NR instantaneous signal bandwidth, making it ideal for m-MIMO applications. The QPA9822 is internally matched to 50Ω over the entire 3.3GHz to 4.2GHz operating frequency band and features fast feature on/off via the VEN pin. The Qorvo QPA9822 also features external bias control for optimizing linearity. The QPA9822 pre-driver is available in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm SMT package and is footprint- and pin-compatible with the QPA9120, QPA9121 and QPA9122M.
