Test Process

A test sample is inserted into the system by employing both the cap and bottle clamps, which securely fasten the cap and bottle in place. After activating the TEST button, the upper clamp proceeds to rotate, mimicking the human-like action of opening or closing the bottle. Throughout this process, the torque force is precisely assessed and recorded, enabling a comprehensive examination and assessment of the outcomes. This meticulous measurement guarantees the precise quantification of the applied torque during cap sealing or opening, offering valuable insights into product performance and quality control.

Technical Features 

This is a PLC-controlled unit, known for its industrial-level stability, and it's operated through an HMI touch screen interface.  

It features a unique design where it clamps from above and rotates the bottle body, closely simulating consumer actions.  

This design allows for the measurement of both locking and opening forces. 

The device automatically retains peak values, and the lower clamp is motorized for rotation.  

It includes a micro printer for convenient data recording. 

Offering multiple units of measurement display, such as Kgf.cm, N.cm, daN.cm, Inch.lbs, and N.m.  

It also features overload protection, and an auto-zeroing function, and accommodates extended clamp sizes, making it suitable for larger diameter samples.  

An RS232 port and professional computer software are available.(optional)
