Xinbao mixing tank operation brief:

First, the equipment should be placed in a stable and suitable place

2.1.1 The machine uses 3-phase 380V power supply, and please connect the ground wire;

1.2 The motor must pay attention to the clockwise direction of operation;

1.3 After the power cable is connected, first empty machine test run, such as reverse operation, you can adjust the current bar of the two live wires; 1.4 The machine uses stainless steel round pipe as the column, and each round pipe is equipped with drill round iron block seat at the bottom. The user can install the machine smoothly and then fix it with explosive screws to avoid vibration when the machine is working.

3. Instructions for use

2.1 After the machine is installed properly, the machine should be tested before the first use to check the motor running direction, whether the machine will run abnormally, and whether the operation is smooth.

2.2 The test run of the empty machine is normal, and the check and confirmation work before feeding can be carried out.

1) Clean the inner wall of the machine to ensure that no debris contaminates the raw materials

2) The machine has been filled with butter before leaving the factory, but the customer should be maintained according to the use of the factory, in principle, the need to fill butter once a month.

3) Confirm whether the sandwich heat transfer oil is well added

4) Confirm whether the ball valve of the barrel body outlet and the interlayer outlet is in the closed position.

2.3 After the above inspection work is completed, the feeding work can be carried out. The machine is placed above the barrel body and the lid can be partially opened

2.4 After feeding, you can start the motor and set the stirring time according to the proportion of different raw materials. If the time is set, the equipment will stop stirring when it reaches the set time

a) If you need to heat, you can set the temperature on the thermostat and turn on the heating switch. When the equipment is heated to the set temperature, it will automatically stop heating. When the temperature drops, it will automatically start heating to keep the oil temperature constant at the set temperature

b) The equipment is equipped with a frequency converter, the frequency converter is equipped with a rotating button, which can be twisted to control the speed of the agitator and adjusted according to the speed required by the material

2.5 The raw materials should not be full, preferably 80% full, so as not to affect the quality of mixing, and to avoid material overflow (in the case of high-speed mixing, cover the lid)

2.6 If mixing materials with different specific gravity, please increase the mixing time appropriately

2.7 After the raw materials are stirred, turn off the heating switch first, the stirring speed slowly decreases to 0, turn off the power supply, and the materials can be discharged from the bottom discharge ball valve

Note:

1. It is strictly forbidden to reach into the inside of the barrel when the machine is in working condition

2, although the equipment has an anti-hot layer, but if the heating time is too long, the temperature is too high, there will be temperature outside, try to avoid touching so as not to burn

3, the equipment needs to add 320 type heat transfer oil before use, do not turn on the heating switch before the sandwich oil, otherwise it will burn the heating tube, before refueling need to confirm whether there is residual water inside the sandwich (factory test machine water test), need to put clean before refueling! Heat transfer oil is a consumable, which needs to be added once every 3 months (different brands of heat transfer oil have differences) to avoid insufficient oil volume and temperature

4, the equipment barrel body and agitator can be separated, fixed with a lock, pay attention to whether the lock is tight when using

5, the machine is not used for a long time, please clean, turn off the total power supply
